Join Robin Thorpe, CIYT Level 2, in this All Levels Iyengar Yoga class on Wednesday evenings. Robin will guide you through an active practice to build strength and flexibility, while finishing with quieting poses to round out your mid-week routine. It is suitable for beginners, as well as more experienced practitioners. Robin has over 20 years of teaching experience, including working with students with scoliosis. She is delighted to share the Iyengar yoga methodology with the community and looks forward to meeting you.
