Deepen with Tao Yin

Before Qi Gong, there was Tao Yin, an ancient practice for health. Tao Yin incorporates stretch & flow to open the body's energy meridians and build strength and flexibility in the body. It is a practice for Resilience.

This 90-minute session will incorporate standing movements and floor stretches/movements and will conclude with a seated or laying down meditation. It will leave you feeling both refreshed and renewed.

You will benefit from this class if you:

  • Want to feel better in your body, i.e. less pain, more strength or flexibility

  • You want to move through life with greater ease and flow

  • You want to be able to relax through the challenges in your life and access all of your inner resources
