An all-levels group yoga practice featuring slow, gentle movement sequences to support health and well being. Class will feature a combination of standing and seated postures; emphasis will be placed on mindful movement and breath.
$90 for the 5 week series or $20 per class drop-in. This series is May 2-30, 2023
