Functional Movement Group Training

Practice moving well.

In these committed monthly group training sessions, we practice moving in ways that improve coordination, enhance joint function, and develop strength—all with an eye of supporting the activities that you like to do in your daily life.

Though class content is written to support the goals of the committed group members, drop-ins are welcome. This is week 1 of a 6-week session. Please contact Tiffany if you’d like to join this or future sessions; we would love to have you!
