Let’s walk each other home with loving self-compassion Tuesday nights this October.
Gathering in-person and over Zoom after the All Levels Hatha Yoga class, we will explore topics such as kindness, empathy, non-violent self talk, and compassion in the context of a guided practice designed to help each of us turn in to ourselves with profound lovingkindness.
No prior experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothes with layers available in case you get cool while sitting or laying down. You may wish to have a journal and writing utensil handy.
This class is excellent for anyone working with negative self-talk, co-dependency, addiction, anger, blame-placing, or victim-narrative. If you find yourself pre-occupied with or obsessively thinking about the actions of others (i.e. overly upset by the current political situation or a close relationship in your life), this class is for you.
