Celebrate the holiday season with a special candlelight yoga practice. We will share an accessible hatha yoga practice that incorporates all 8 limbs of classical yoga. Expect sitting, instruction on the breath, philosophy, and a well-rounded asana (poses) practice. Strong emphasis on alignment and suiting the pose to fit the body. Beginners, those with different body sizes and limitations, and all genders and gender identities are welcome in this trauma-informed class.
