This healing event features a sound bath, Reiki energy work, optional assisted neck, shoulder, calves and feet stretching and cranial sacral therapy!

You can expect to have your power handed back to you with options for all services offered in this incredible event!

We will be in supported savasana (corpse pose) with props for the 60 minute event. we will begin with an intro and go over some ways that you may want to utilize your experience and of course we will leave a few extra minutes at the end to gratitude and closing our sacred space.

Because of sound frequencies and us being energetic beings, emotions may come up to be seen, felt, heard and released. This is a trauma informed safe space for these emotions to come up.
