Days Between is a free introductory workshop for anyone that wishes to use dance and movement as a creative and therapeutic outlet to work through the trauma of losing a loved one and are ready to find wholeness and closure. All levels of dance are welcome.

Discover Your Layers is a 90 minute interactive and experiential learning experience. Through activities, discussion, and self-reflection, you'll gain a better understanding of the Panchamaya Kosha model  and its importance in your life. You'll leave this workshop with a deeper understanding of your layers and a toolkit of practices for continued development.

The workshop will be a combination of lecture and experience; please wear clothing that you are comfortable moving in.
