This month’s theme is the Third Eye Chakra.

Bring your extra soft blankets, a water bottle and feel free to bring a pillow!

You are encouraged to bring your own yoga mat although we do have some at the studio that you may absolutely borrow.

We will be diving into some journaling about the healing you would like to call in for the event and what you would like to release.

We will be sure to go into depth about what the Third Eye chakra represents for us and how it shows up in our daily lives!

Melissa will be slaying the sound bowls while I work on your Third Eye chakra with Reiki followed by a scalp massage while the incredible Aspen offers Cranial nerve work on the head!
