Join Namaste-Young’s Katie Wessels for three special beginner’s Yoga classes.
Saturdays April 13th and June 8th, Katie will help us get reconnected to our bodies with “Remembering We Have a Body.” These classes will include a slow Yoga flow, guided body scan, and self-guided energywork.
Saturday May 11th we’ll “Build Some Heat,” a slow flow with an emphasis on core and glute strength.
