Join Katie Wessels, Melissa Frost, and Amber Johnson for an evening of relaxation and fresh springtime beginnings! Enjoy relaxing sound bowls while receiving Reiki, CranioSacral Therapy, and gentle massage.

Mats available for those not able to bring their own.

We will be on our mats for 90 minutes so we will be sure to use props and extra blankets for major comfort.

Please bring a water bottle and wear comfy clothing.
